Running is a simple yet effective aerobic exercise suitable for people of all ages. Running not only helps relieve stress but also boosts mental well-being and increases endurance. A dual-lane cycling and running track stretching 1.5 kilometers (outer loop 1500m, inner loop 800m), with a minimum width of 6 meters. The track is surrounded by different facilities in the park, and built to ensure a safe and stable running experience by a smooth and slip-resistant surface.
